Delete Your Account
How to permanently delete your BuddyBlink account and all associated data.
Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the BuddyBlink app:
- 1 Open the BuddyBlink app and log in to your account.
- 2 Go to Settings (tap the gear icon).
- 3 Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- 4 Confirm the deletion when prompted.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, all of the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, password)
- All emergency contacts
- All check-in schedules and history
- All notification logs
- All registered devices
- Subscription records
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Can't Access the App?
If you are unable to log in or access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@buddyblink.app. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription through Google Play. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription in the Google Play subscription settings before deleting your account.
