BuddyBlink is a check-in app. You set up a schedule (e.g., check in once a day), and if you miss a check-in, BuddyBlink automatically notifies your designated contacts via Telegram or email.

When it's time to check in, you'll receive a push notification on your phone. Simply tap the "I'm Okay" button in the app to acknowledge your check-in. That's it — one tap.

If you miss the number of check-ins you've configured (e.g., 1 or 2 missed), BuddyBlink automatically sends your message to the contacts assigned to that schedule, through the channels you've set up (Telegram or email).

The free plan includes up to 3 check-in schedules, up to 3 contacts, check-in intervals from every 2 hours, Telegram and email notifications (up to 10 emails per month), and custom safety messages. No credit card required.

Premium unlocks up to 50 check-in schedules, 50 contacts, check-in intervals from every 1 minute, Telegram & email notifications, and unlimited email notifications.

After adding a contact, tap "Link Telegram" next to that contact. A unique link will be generated — send it to your contact. When they open it and start the BuddyBlink Telegram bot, their Telegram account is automatically linked. Links expire after 72 hours for security.

Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app. This permanently deletes all your data — including contacts, schedules, check-in history, and notification logs — within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

No. BuddyBlink is a best-effort notification tool — not a guaranteed emergency response service. It depends on internet connectivity, third-party services (Telegram, email providers), and your device being operational. In a life-threatening emergency, always contact emergency services (911, 112, etc.) directly.
